Former NHL All-Star and Olympic goalie, Marty Turco spent the first nine of his 11 NHL seasons stopping shots for the Dallas Stars and currently holds the franchise records for regular season games played, wins, and shutouts. Over these eminent years, Marty established himself as one of the top goalies in the league. His effort off the ice during his time as a Dallas Stars player has been as impressive as his time spent on (a 3-time All-Star). He won the Dallas Stars community service award six of the nine seasons he was with the team and earned the Eighth Annual NHL Foundation Player Award in 2006 for his charitable work and contributions.
