The mission: to bring clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. There are nearly 663 million people in the world that live without clean water, which is nearly twice the population of the United States.
To combat the water crisis, this organization goes to developing countries and works with local communities to find the best sustainable water solution. These solutions range from digging a well to implementing a system that harvests rainwater. With every water point that Charity: Water funds, they also coordinate sanitation and hyginene training with locals to ensure that clean water continues to flow for years to come.
